Right of withdrawal

The period

14 days, starting on the day the contract is concluded — that is the day your payment goes through and your account is unlocked.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you withdraw. There is no required wording and we do not ask why. Any of these works:

• the withdrawal form on this site — two clicks, no account needed
• an email to info@flipsonar.com
• a letter to FlipSonar — Inhaber: Nikita Moos, Frauenberger Str. 119, 53879 Euskirchen, Germany

Sending it in time is enough. You do not have to wait for our reply, and the day we read it does not matter.

What happens then

We refund everything you paid, within 14 days of hearing from you, by the same route you paid. You are not charged a fee for it.

We do not charge you for the time you used the product. The law would let us bill the days you had access, pro rata. We do not, and this sentence is the promise: scan as much as you like in those 14 days and still get everything back.

If you are not a consumer

This right applies to consumers. If you bought FlipSonar for a business, there is no statutory right of withdrawal — you can still cancel at any time, and the terms say what that means for the period you already paid for.
